Q: How are my e-books and/or audiobooks delivered?

A: All digital goods are delivered via BookFunnel. You will receive an email with links to the item(s) purchased with instructions on how to download and access them.

Q: Are print books signed by the author?

A: Yes. All books come personalized and signed by the author.

Q: How and when will I receive my print books?

A: In order to ensure all books are personalized and signed, they must first be shipped to the author when stock is not held. Once signed, they will be mailed within 72 hours via USPS Ground Advantage. Please allow 3-4 weeks from purchase to delivery. You will receive an email notification with your shipping information as soon as it is available.
