Q: How are my e-books and/or audiobooks delivered?

A: All digital goods are delivered via BookFunnel. You will receive an email with links to the item(s) purchased with instructions on how to download and access them.

Q: Are print books signed by the author?

A: Some titles come digitally signed by the author and will be noted on the sales page for the specific product. On limited occassions, hand-signed books may be available.

Q: How and when will I receive my print books?

A: Books will be shipped directly from the printer and sent via USPS Media Mail or USPS Consolidator, unless you choose a different shipping option at checkout. When offered, once signed, books will be mailed within 72 hours via USPS Ground Advantage for US orders and Simple Export Rate for international orders. For non-bespoke or custom orders, please allow 3-4 weeks from purchase to delivery. If your print order contains bespoke or custom orders (including books with slipcases), please allow 5-6 weeks for printing and delivery. You will receive an email notification with your shipping information as soon as it is available.
